Quality Assurance Process:
To guarantee quality and reliability of our products, we take quality control seriously. We have IQC to inspect incoming materials before transferring materials to assembly lines, production QC to control quality of semi-finished products during various production stages, FQC to test the assembled products and QA to inspect the finished products before delivery to the customers. All these QC procedures are conducted according to international standards. Customers are also welcome to send their own QA inspectors to inspect the finished goods.

QC Department:
Our head QC department is composed of 4 QC engineers and 3 technicians. We strictly conduct international quality standards to meet the clients’ demands. Standards and approvals: ISO 9001, CE, FCC.
QC Department was set up from the very beginning when the factory was set up to ensure the quality consistency and stability. At the time being the whole QC Department is divided into several groups:
IQC: raw material control, 100% inspection on some key parts and spot testing on others
IPQC: In-process quality control, 100% inspection
QC: 100% inspection one finished products before final packing
QA: spot testing before shipment.

Inspection and Documentation
We will print the sample in the buyer’s specification and E-mail the packing design to the buyer for confirmation. We will organize stringent QC inspection to ensure the authenticity of the goods ordered.
